They called, gave a time and were here. The two men looked the problem over and went to work. They covered the top of the stove and put plastic all around the stove so the chemical they used did not get anywhere else. Would have been 5 stars but they did not cover the floor.

They were actually able to come the very next day - on a Saturday! Were prompt and completed the carpet cleaning of the entire townhouse in just over an hour. Be warned though, the machine they use is very loud and might disturb the neighbors. They did a excellent job!
